Thank you for your interest in our Oral Surgery practice in South Bend, Indiana. We look forward to meeting you and being part of your dental health treatment.
Dr. Paul works along side your referring dentist to offer a comprehensive dental treatment plan.
Things to bring to your appointment include:
- Referral slip and any x-rays if applicable.
- A list of medications you are presently taking.
- If you have insurance, bring both medical and dental insurance cards with you.
- Photo ID for patient - if the patient is a minor parent’s ID can be used.
Your first visit may require an exam and further radiographs to create your treatment plan and coordinate with your general dentist.

Our office complies with ADA regulations to provide access to disabled people using service animals.
Because our procedure rooms are used to perform oral srgery, no service animals are allowed beyond our waiting area. The presence of animals in our procedure rooms poses a significant health risk to our patients.
Service animals are welcome in our waiting area only. All service animals must be kept on a leash at all times while in our building. We ask that service animals be restricted to the tiled portion of our waiting area.
Any person bringing a service animal into our office is responsile for any property damage and for cleaning any mess associated with the animal.
